The Law of Attraction Tune Up

Your one TASK

You are living the law of attraction everyday whether you are conscious of it or not.

"Like attracts like". Your thoughts, emotions and beliefs manifest into your physical world. If your thoughts are positive, you attract positive. If your thoughts are negative, you will attract negative. It's happening everyday, every minute you are breathing. You don't even have to understand it to make it work for you. Cool, right? I don't really need to know how everything works, just tell me what button to push.

Well, as I talk about in the Destiny Podcast, since your thoughts become your actions, which become your habits, which define you and become your life, it's important to be conscious of your thoughts. You may be manifesting negativity in your life in a way that you aren't aware.

If the law of attraction has you confused, don't worry. You don't need to be. It's a complex concept that you can spend the rest of your life trying to dissect. However the actual science behind it (or lack there of) is not nearly as important as the power it has in practice. So, don't wait for more proof or a more tangible explanation. Every day that you wait, you are not doing everything in your power to get the life you want.

I have the button to push right here. I've written a quick and easy tune up that will get these laws working for you today. It requires that you know what you want, and that you are committed to getting it. Have you made that commitment?

Are you reading this because you want more in your life? Good. I dare you to do this TASK every morning for a month, and then come back here and tell me you didn't see/feel a change.

If you would have told me a few years ago that I would be riding the waves on a boogie board in the ocean in the middle of a business day for months on end I would have said, "I wish". And that's all I was doing. I was wishing with no conscious intent. I thought that's what I wanted, but I had no conscious plan to get it and no concrete thought that it could be a reality. It just stayed a "wishful thinking" daydream cut short by my fears. When I finally got fed up with not taking action, I developed this tune up for myself. And it has changed how I see my life.

So don't wait. Start right now. No excuses.

There is no perfect time, only wasted time if you don't start taking control.

So, here it is, your quick, easy 15 minute law of attraction tune up . . .

Your one TASK:

Try to do this first thing when you wake in the morning. Before you know it, it will be a habit.

    1. THOUGHTS - Remind yourself that you are going to be conscious of your thoughts. You are not going to give negative thoughts any time today at all. No doubt, no regret, no apathetic negative words are allowed to stay in that brain of yours. If you hear one, if you feel it coming on, you are going to turn it into a positive. Do not even finish the negative thought. Replace it with a positive on the same subject. You are going to do this the best you can, all day.

    2. AS IF - Reaffirm that you will live "as if" today. You have declared your goals and you know you are reaching them. Today you will live "as if" everything you intend to do, you will do. And tonight you will be one day closer to your goal.

    3. SEE - Your success. Run your movie in your mind. Utilize the power of creative visualization here. See yourself and where you are going. See you successful.

    4. KINDNESS - You will practice kindness today. You will make a conscious effort to be kind in every situation with no expectation. Being kind will put you in a positive state of mind and manifest even more positivity.

    5. You will practice this tune up again tomorrow, no matter what happens today.


That's it. Your one TASK to achieve your goals. This is as close as it gets to pushing a button. If you give yourself this tune up once a day, you will see a difference. Perhaps you will feel more clarity with the law of attraction that you haven't before.

It takes daily reminders.

It takes your constant attention.

Your belief of this law will not come from science, but from your practice and your manifestation of your goals.
